For the purposes of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Lapsify informs the User that he is the owner of a personal data file registered with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), in which your data is incorporated and processed in order to provide you with the requested services and send you information about Lapsify that may be of interest to you.
Communication and registration of personal data
The communication of personal data by the User is a requirement to contact and carry out commercial operations with Lapsify.
The non communication of the requested personal data or the non acceptance of this Data Protection Policy implies the impossibility of subscribing to our contents and processing the requests made on our web portal.
In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that the personal data you send us will be incorporated into our Web User File, owned by Lapsify and with address at Calle Can Socies 46A, 07010 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. This file has implemented all the technical and organizational security measures established in Spain’s Royal Decree 1720/2007, in the context of Spain’s LOPD.
Website Browsing
When browsing our website, the Internet servers will store your IP address in the access logs automatically and with the sole purpose of allowing Internet transit, and it is necessary for your computer to provide this IP address when you browse the Internet so that communications can take place. The Provider is exempt from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions, in the information provided by the Lapsify portal, provided that it comes from sources other than said portal.
Exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition
You can direct your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition through postal mail (Juan Marcos Molina Gilfillan, Calle Can Socies 46A, 07010 Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain), or by email: hola@lapsify.com, together with valid legal proof, such as a photocopy of the Identity Card or equivalent, indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION”.
Acceptance and consent
The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the treatment thereof by Lapsify, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Changes in this privacy policy
Lapsify reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence as well as industry practices. In such cases, the Provider will announce the changes introduced on this page with reasonable anticipation of their implementation.
Commercial Emails
In accordance with Spain’s 34/2002 Law LSSI-CE “Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico” – (Service for the Information Society and Electronic Commerce), Lapsify does not carry out SPAM practices, so it does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the User. Consequently, in each of the forms on the website, the User has the possibility of giving their express consent to receive our “Newsletter”, regardless of the commercial information requested on time.
