Features

Terms and Conditions
- Important: In any time-lapse service request, we require to carry out a preliminary on-site study of the designated project area in order to verify its feasibility.

Please note that, in some cases, the area assigned to carry out a timelapse project may offer few or no possibilities for installing our timelapse equipment. In order to provide solutions, we will suggest some alternatives to our clients at an extra cost, such as:
✦ Approved poles: acquisiton, transportation and placement by qualified personnel.
✦ Renting of a privately owned space in the surrounding area, such as a roof or a balcony.
✦ Scissor-lift rental to access the remote unit if inaccessible by normal routes.
✦ Tailor-made mounts/brackets. - Relocation of the remote unit. The installation of our remote unit is considered final. In case the client wishes to relocate it, a charge will be applied for each relocation.
- Additional video editing work (infographics, languages, video versions, formats...).
- For assignments outside of Majorca island, please contact us and we will be pleased to study your case.
Deposit
- A returnable deposit per remote unit is required. The refund of the deposit will not be made in case of non-payment of the service, theft, plunder or damage to the equipment by accident or vandalism.
Payment method, billing, cancellation
- In timelapse projects longer than 30 days, the service fare will be paid monthly.
- No commitment of permanence is required. The customer can cancel the service at any time without any penalty. We deliver to the client the time-lapse video production corresponding to the images collected up to then.
